Eligibility and Registration

2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be cancelled and bd 345 reserves the right to confiscate the associated funds. 2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on bd 345 is ৳200. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer may be used as deposit methods. All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — deposits must always be made from the member's own registered payment account.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
3.3 Identity Verification
bd 345 account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. If the required documents are not submitted on time, the withdrawal process may be delayed. bd 345 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction in accordance with its anti-money laundering policy.
3.4 Fund Confiscation
In cases of fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or serious violation of these Terms, bd 345 reserves the right to confiscate all funds in the account. Prior notice to the member is not required in such circumstances.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered ten times before it becomes withdrawable. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, making the balance ৳2,200; before withdrawal, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers must be completed.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- A member may claim a bonus offer only once, unless the promotion states otherwise.
- Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- Each promotion has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
- When betting with bonus funds, the maximum amount per bet must remain within the limit set by bd 345.
- bd 345 reserves the right to suspend an account in cases of bonus offer abuse or fraudulent claims.
4.3 VIP Program
The bd 345 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. Cashback is applied at a set rate on the total net loss for the week. Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220. The criteria for VIP tier changes are determined by bd 345.
Betting Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
Once confirmed on bd 345, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If any event or game is cancelled for any reason, bd 345 reserves the right to settle the bet according to its own policy. The right to cancel any bet placed due to a technical error or data inaccuracy also applies.
5.2 Sports Betting
For sports betting, if the scheduled start time of a match changes, bd 345 will determine the validity of the bet. Live betting relies on real-time data; bd 345 is not responsible for any delays or data issues. For accumulator or multi-bets, all selections must be correct for the entire bet to win.
5.3 Casino and Slot Games
All casino and slot games are operated using software from third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution). Results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is entirely random. If a member has any objection regarding the outcome of a game, they must report it through the support team.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd 345:
- Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
- Creating artificial transactions with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
- Deliberately exploiting any technical error in the platform.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's account or funds.

bd 345 does not sell or transfer personal information to third parties unless required to meet a legal obligation or with the member's consent. Limited information may be shared with trusted service providers for payment processing and identity verification.

Service Suspension and Account Closure

9.2 Account Closure by Member
Any member may apply to close their account at any time. All pending bets must be settled before the account is closed, and remaining funds may be withdrawn subject to wagering requirements being met.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, bd 345 reserves the right to manage the account in accordance with its set policy. An attempt will be made to notify the member in advance regarding the inactivity period.
Limitation of Liability
bd 345 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service. However, bd 345 bears limited liability for any service disruption caused by technical errors, internet connection issues, third-party software disruptions, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
10.1 Claims for Damages
The maximum liability of bd 345 shall in no case exceed the amount deposited by the relevant member during the period in question. bd 345 is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or business losses.
10.2 Third-Party Content
bd 345 cannot accept full responsibility for the accuracy of third-party games, links, or content displayed on the platform. If any error is found in a game provider's software, bd 345 will notify the relevant provider and will endeavour to protect members' interests.
